Legal Regulation of Artificial Intelligence in the Context of the Digital Economy and Its Role in Promoting Entrepreneurship

On October 24, 2025, an International Scientific and Theoretical Conference titled “Legal Regulation of Artificial Intelligence in the Context of the Digital Economy and Its Role in the Development of Entrepreneurship” was held in Dushanbe, the capital of the Republic of Tajikistan at the Tajik National University

The event was organized within the framework of the UN General Assembly Resolution of July 25, 2025, “The Role of Artificial Intelligence in Creating New Opportunities for Sustainable Development in Central Asia”, and the initiative declaring 2025–2030 as “The Years of Digital Economy and Innovation Development.”

The conference was attended by scholars from the Faculty of Law of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University:
Head of the Department of Customs, Financial and Environmental Law, Doctor of Law, Professor Guldana Amangeldievna Kuanalieva;
Doctor of Law, Professor Daulet Laikovich Baideldinov;
Candidate of Legal Sciences, Professor Gulnar Tuleukhadirovna Aigarinova,
who presented their scientific reports.

In their presentations, the scholars discussed the legal regulation of artificial intelligence, the impact of digital technologies on entrepreneurship, and the principles of legal security in modern society.
