October 22 – Round Table “Republic Day: Historical and Legal Significance in Building a Sovereign and Legal State”
On October 22, 2025, a round table on “Republic Day: Historical and Legal Significance in Building a Sovereign and Legal State” was held at the Senate of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan, dedicated to the National holiday – Republic Day.

The event was attended by Associate Professor of the Department of Theory and History of State and Law, Constitutional and Administrative Law, KazNU named after Al-Farabi, Candidate of Legal Sciences Isabekov A.K.

📌 During the round table:

Isabekov A.K. delivered a report on “The Declaration of State Sovereignty of Our Country and Its Role in the Formation and Development of Independent Kazakhstan”;

participants discussed the historical and legal aspects of independence and the formation of a legal state;

key issues related to the democratic development of the country and the rule of law were considered.
