Russian Russian Language Testing Center (RFLTC)

On October 21, 2025, the Pushkin State Institute of the Russian Language hosted the signing ceremony of the agreement on the opening of the Center for Testing Russian as a Foreign language.

The agreement was signed between Al-Farabi Kazakh National University and the Pushkin State Institute of the Russian Language.  The center will operate on the basis of the Center "Russian Language and Culture" of the Faculty of Philology.  The opening was initiated by the representative office of Rossotrudnichestvo in the Republic of Kazakhstan.

In the Center located in KazNUim. Russian Russian Language and Culture Center, Al-Farabi Faculty of Philology, now it is possible to pass certification tests for all levels of Russian language proficiency from A1 to C2.

Following the results of the testing, state-issued certificates will be issued.
