In the era of globalization, artificial intelligence and digital technologies are developing very rapidly. The goal of the Republic of Kazakhstan is to join the ranks of the 30 developed countries by 2050. The requirements for the knowledge of specialists who are competitive and in demand are increasing.  In the new model of public administration and in the age of economic digitalization, we are in great need of professionally skilled, progressive-minded, and competitive specialists. Quality education is strong, deep, and systematic knowledge that a person consciously applies in practice, understands its interconnections, and can use in various situations. It is knowledge characterized by strength, consistency, awareness, efficiency, flexibility, and a striving for improvement, which enables its application in different contexts.
