“Legal Dictation – 2025” Successfully Held at the University ⚖️
On October 30, 2025, in accordance with the instruction of the Committee on Higher and Postgraduate Education, our university successfully hosted the educational event “Legal Dictation – 2025”, aimed at improving students’ legal literacy and promoting legal awareness among youth.
The event is held annually as part of a nationwide initiative designed to foster respect for the law, develop legal culture, and strengthen civic responsibility among young people.
This year, students from the Faculty of Philology took part in the dictation, demonstrating great interest in legal topics and a desire to expand their knowledge. Participants tested their understanding of constitutional, administrative, and civil law, while also discussing the importance of legal education in modern society.
The session was conducted by Assoc. Prof. Nurlaiym Mynbatyrova, Candidate of Legal Sciences from the Department of Theory and History of State and Law, Constitutional and Administrative Law. In her address, she emphasized that shaping students’ legal worldview is an essential step toward building a mature civil society. According to her, knowledge of the law fosters responsible behavior, strengthens trust in legal institutions, and develops a sense of personal accountability to society.
During the event, students not only answered test questions but also took part in discussions, asked questions, and shared their views on current legal issues. Such an interactive format helps develop analytical thinking, broaden legal perspectives, and cultivate an active civic position.
“Legal Dictation – 2025” became not just a test of knowledge but also an important platform for the exchange of ideas, the promotion of legal culture, and the popularization of legal education among students.
Events of this kind have become a good tradition at the university and an integral part of its educational and developmental mission. They help strengthen the principles of legality, encourage civic engagement, and remind every student of their role in building a law-governed state.
