“Tolerance and Interethnic Harmony in Kazakhstan.”
On October 27, 2025, A.B. Rysbayeva, a curator from the Department of Russian Philology and World Literature, held a curator hour on the topic “Tolerance and Interethnic Harmony in Kazakhstan.”
The event was aimed at fostering among students a respectful attitude toward representatives of different cultures and nationalities, as well as developing the values of kindness, mutual understanding, and civic responsibility.
During the curator hour, students discussed the importance of tolerance in modern society, took part in interactive activities and a quiz, learned about the work of the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan, and expressed their understanding of friendship and harmony through creative projects and group discussions.
The results of the curator hour showed that students recognize the importance of tolerance and interethnic harmony as the foundation of peace and stability in Kazakhstan. The participants demonstrated activity, respect for others’ opinions, and an understanding that the unity of the nation is the key to the country’s successful future.
