Intercontinental swimming through the Bosphorus Strait. It is one of the most prestigious and large-scale open water swimming competitions in the world.

Shekerbek Eldar, a student of the Law Faculty of al-Farabi Kazakh National University, took 6th place and entered the top ten swimmers in the world. Eldar performed in the Masters 19-24 category.
