The role of science in hunger eradication

On November 11, the senior lecturer of the Department of Foreign Language Makhmetova D.M. together with the first students of the Faculty of Chemistry and Chemical Technology held the event within the framework of SDG 2: No Hunger. During the event the participants talked about the ways of hunger fight and the role of science in developing new agricultural techniques. The students told about the latest irrigation methods and environmentally-friendly fertilizers that will lead to significant increase of yields in the future.
