On November 1, 2025, a review discussion of the feature film “Captain Baitassov” was held at the Faculty of Law of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, organized by the Department of “Customs, Financial and Environmental Law” with the participation of students of group 204 and their advisor, Baktygul Konysbai.
The film “Captain Baitassov” made a strong impression on the law students, as it is based not only on a story of bravery, but also on a shining example of faithful service to the law and society. Captain Baitassov remained loyal to his oath until the very end, proving that the true power of law lies not in words, but in the people who uphold it through their actions. His courage reminds future lawyers that the law is not merely a set of norms, but also a matter of responsibility, conscience, and moral choice in critical moments.
