Aknur Turgumbayeva represented Al-Farabi KazNU at the international conference in Termez

On October 17–18, 2025, the International Scientific and Practical Conference “Pharmacology, Pharmacy, and Traditional Medicine: Current Issues and Innovations” was held at the Termez Branch of Tashkent State Medical University (Termez, Uzbekistan).
Aknur Amanbekovna Turgumbayeva, PhD, Associate Professor, Deputy Dean for Scientific and Innovation Activities and International Relations of the Faculty of Medicine and Health Care at Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, took part in the conference. She delivered an oral presentation and also served as a moderator during one of the scientific sessions.
The conference brought together leading scholars, faculty members, and young researchers from various countries. Participants presented reports on pressing issues in pharmacy, pharmacology, and traditional medicine, discussing modern scientific approaches and innovative solutions in these fields.
Such international conferences contribute to strengthening academic cooperation and developing scientific partnerships between Al-Farabi Kazakh National University and Tashkent State Medical University, as well as between the scientific communities of Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan.
