SDG №4: Finish to Start – New Student Dean Appointed

The “Finish to Start” event was successfully organized at the Higher School of Economics and Business to support student engagement, showcase creative talents, and continue the tradition of student governance. The event became a significant occasion for the faculty and created a memorable atmosphere with the participation of active students.

The main goal of the event was to summarize the achievements and results of student life at the faculty, share the accomplishments of the outgoing student dean, and introduce and appoint candidates for the new student dean position.

During the event:

• Faculty students showcased their talents through musical, artistic, and creative performances, adding a special charm to the evening;

• Former student dean Tynyshkbay Mubarak presented his achievements during his term, highlighting his contribution to the development of student organizations and completed projects;

• Active students and organizers were recognized and awarded certificates of appreciation and honors by the faculty administration.

As a result of the event, Madina Kasymova was appointed as the new student dean and outlined her new goals and plans in front of the faculty students.

The “Finish to Start” event significantly contributed to fostering student engagement, supporting creative potential, and ensuring the continuity of student governance at the faculty.
