The results of the influence

of the technology of two-stage

combustion of high-ash Karaganda

coal on the characteristics of

heat and mass transfer processes

were obtained: aerodynamics

of flows, temperature fields,

concentration fields of carbon

oxides COx and nitrogen NOx

throughout the entire volume

of the combustion chamber of

the BKZ-75 boiler at the

Shakhtinskaya CHPP and at the exit from it.

Effective design and layout

solutions have been proposed

for the implementation

of two-stage combustion

technology for high-ash

Karaganda coal in the combustion

chamber of  the BKZ-75 boiler

and the optimal mode of supplying

additional air through the

nozzles has been determined

to minimize the concentration

of harmful substances at the

outlet of the combustion space.

experiments carried out,

in the combustion chamber,

as well as on the mass of

fuel injections, and the

optimal parameters for

the combustion process

of traditional petroleum
