SDG-16: At KBTU University, the psychological event “Psycho Express 2025” was held

In Almaty, at KBTU University, a professional event for psychologists, Psycho Express KBTU 2025, was held. The main goal of the event was to provide rapid psychological support to students, facilitate experience exchange among psychologists, and strengthen the professional community.

As part of the Psycho Express session, I provided short-term psychological support to KBTU students.
During the consultations, the following was conducted:

• assessment of students' emotional state,

• recommendations for stress management,

• motivation-enhancing interventions,

• guidance for overcoming difficulties in academic and personal life.

During the lecture, modern psychological approaches, new models in educational institutions, and trends and interventions aimed at supporting students’ mental health were discussed.

The Psycho Express KBTU 2025 event made a significant contribution to the development of professional skills, experience exchange with colleagues, and improving the quality of psychological support for youth. My participation in this event was important both at the university level and for my personal professional growth.
