Practice-oriented excursion for students of the “Food Chemistry and Technology” program

On November 7–8, 2025, third- and fourth-year students of the educational program “Food Chemistry and Technology,” under the supervision of Associate Professor R.A. Iztelieva, conducted an educational tour at the Carlsberg Kazakhstan brewery. During the visit, the students were introduced to beer production technologies, regulatory and technical documentation, quality control procedures, and the research laboratory. Carlsberg Kazakhstan Brewery, part of the international Carlsberg Group, is one of the largest brewing companies in Kazakhstan. The company was founded in 1998 under the name “Ak Nar,” and later, through its merger with the “Irbis” brewery, it formed the company “Derbes.”
