"Eco-communication and Its Social Significance" round table

On October 10, 2025, within the framework of the “Clean Kazakhstan” program and SDG 4 "Quality Education", the teachers of the Department of Kazakh Literature and Theory of Literature organized a round table on the topic: "Eco-communication and Its Social Significance". The purpose of this event is to discuss environmental problems and their impact on the consciousness and life of modern society. The organizers of the round table are Higher Doctorate of Philological Sciences, Full Professor A.B. Temirbolat, Higher Doctorate of Philological Sciences, Full Professor S.B. Yerzhanova, PhD, Acting Associate Professor G.T. Ospanova, Candidate of Philological Sciences, Acting Associate Professor B.S. Imangaliev, Senior Lecturers A.K. Sargeltayeva and B.B. Bayazitov. The event was attended by students of the 2nd year of  "Kazakh Philology" major. In their presentations,  the teachers and  the students discussed how environmental ideas spread in the media, social networks, and how they affect the consciousness of modern people. The participants of the round table noted that successful environmental communication is impossible without the cooperation of universities, mass media, public organizations, representatives of business and local communities. The importance of spreading environmental values in society was revealed.
