Special Lectures Held at the Department of Far Eastern Studies as Part of Korea Studies Week
On November 25, the Department of Far Eastern Studies hosted special lectures as part of Korea Studies Week, featuring the Director of the Education Center of the Republic of Korea, Mr. Kim Hong Hwan, and South Korean animation director Ahn Jae-hoon.
Mr. Kim Hong Hwan delivered a lecture on the use of artificial intelligence in learning the Korean language, as well as the future prospects of integrating AI technologies into the educational process. His presentation sparked great interest among students, who actively asked questions and engaged in a lively discussion on the digital transformation of education.
The lecture by renowned South Korean director Ahn Jae-hoon was equally captivating. He introduced students to his animation works, highlighting the unique features of each project. The director also expressed his intention to showcase his animations on the big screen in Kazakhstan. Students showed strong enthusiasm, asking numerous questions about his creative process.
At the end of the event, Ahn Jae-hoon gave each student an autograph and took commemorative photos, leaving warm and memorable impressions of the meeting.
