Eradicating internet fraud is in the interest of the state

SDG-4 On November 26, 2025, at the Department of Press and Electronic Media of the Faculty of Journalism of KazNU, an educational hour was held on the topic "Eradication of Internet fraud - the interests of the state." The purpose of the event is to explain the protection of young people from cyber threats, increase information literacy and prevent fraud in the Internet space.

During the meeting, the participants were explained the most common online frauds, ways to prevent them, issues of personal data security and legal liability. Specific examples and statistics to which participants received answers were also presented.

The event is aimed at strengthening the digital culture of youth and creating a safe Internet environment.
