A delegation of 3rd-year Turkmen students from the Faculty of History recently visited the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan (NAS RK). The visit took place within the framework of the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) #17 – Revitalize the global partnership for sustainable development.

The primary goal of the delegation's visit was to familiarize themselves with the Academy's role in the development of historical sciences, exchange experience with Kazakhstani scholars, and broaden the horizons of international cooperation. In line with SDG #17, this meeting contributes to strengthening South-South cooperation in the fields of education, science, and culture.

The students met with leading historians of the NAS RK, discussing the shared historical and cultural ties between Kazakhstan and Turkmenistan. They explored the Academy's archives and library, gaining inspiration and new ideas for their future scientific projects. This visit represents an important step in reinforcing the educational and scientific connections between Kazakhstan and Turkmenistan.
