The open seminar "The Economic importance of the deposit market" was held at the HSE KazNU

On November 28, 2025, the Department of Finance and Accounting of the Higher School of Economics and Business at Al-Farabi Kazakh National University held an open seminar session on the topic “The Economic Significance of the Deposit Market.” The event was organized by Senior Lecturer A.S. Kyzдарbekova for second-year students of the “Digital Economy” educational program.

The seminar was attended by third-year students of the “Finance” program, as well as lecturer Zh.K. Zhorabaeva, who highlighted the high level of student preparation and the practical relevance of the topic discussed.

The session program included a presentation, an interactive “question–answer” block, a Kahoot quiz, a rebus, and a situational task. This format allowed participants to demonstrate analytical skills and deepen their understanding of the mechanisms underlying the functioning of the deposit market.

Students emphasized that such events contribute to a more profound understanding of the role of the deposit market within the financial system. The seminar concluded in a friendly atmosphere accompanied by music.
