An educational exhibition titled “National Culture and Cultural Integration”

Today, the Multimedia Center of Traditional Music in Almaty, in collaboration with the “Mädeniet KZ” club, hosted an educational exhibition titled “National Culture and Cultural Integration.” The event aimed to present national heritage in a contemporary format, highlight the role of cultural interaction in modern society, and broaden the cultural outlook of young people.

The exhibition was attended by 2nd-, 3rd-, and 4th-year Cultural Studies students under the guidance of A. N. Kuderina, S. M. Kaupenbayeva, and A. A. Aytenova. The program featured multimedia representations of traditional musical heritage, installations showcasing the historical and artistic dimensions of national art, and interactive materials that explained the phenomenon of cultural integration.

For students, this exhibition served not only as an informative platform but also as an opportunity to better understand theoretical concepts such as acculturation, integration, and cultural exchange through concrete visual examples. Particular interest was drawn to how the national cultural code is adapted within the contemporary media environment and how different cultural practices interact and blend.

In conclusion, participants discussed the potential for presenting traditional art within technological spaces and the significance of cultural integration in Kazakhstani society. The exhibition offered valuable theoretical and practical experience for emerging cultural specialists.
