The event titled “Values-Based Management,” organized by A. Yergen, a doctoral candidate in Educational Management at the Faculty of Philosophy and Political Science, under the academic supervision of Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences A.B. Mukasheva and Associate Professor B.I. Imanbekova of the Department of Pedagogy and Educational Management was conducted on 28 November 2025 for the teaching staff of Zerdesh High School within the framework of the SDG.
Approximately fifteen teachers participated in the event. The session presented substantive materials on teachers’ professional time management, effective communication with parents, and contemporary approaches to classroom management. The event lasted 50 minutes. At the conclusion of the session, participants expressed their appreciation to the organizers.
