On December 5, a scientific seminar of 1st-year PhD students was held at the Department of Molecular Biology and Genetics

The 1st-year PhD students of the Department of Molecular Biology and Genetics presented their research work, which covers important areas of modern science and corresponds to several Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), including: health preservation, environmental protection, and biodiversity conservation.
The students’ presentations were attentively listened to by the department’s faculty, followed by a discussion and questions to the presenters. The faculty provided valuable recommendations, highlighted the strengths of the presented work, and offered constructive suggestions for further development. The seminar emphasized the importance of PhD students’ research activities for the advancement of biology and demonstrated their contribution to addressing current scientific and social challenges.
