Leadership Lecture by Dr. Elena Korochkina within the “Scientists of the Future” Program

On December 9, 2025, in 214 conference-hall of the Faculty of Biology and Biotechnology, al-Farabi KazNU a guest lecture was presented by the D.Vet.Sc., Associate Professor Elena Alexandrovna Korochkina (St. Petersburg State University of Veterinary Medicine, Russia), representing the “Future Scientists” educational program. The lecture, titled “Genetic and Reproductive Technologies in Animal Husbandry,” addressed modern approaches to genetic improvement and biosafety in livestock. The event brought together undergraduate and graduate students as well as specialists in cryopreservation and reproductive genetics, enriching the academic and scientific dialogue.

The lecture was organized by the Department of Molecular Biology and Genetics, ensuring a high-quality academic environment and meaningful exchange. Event was conducted under SDG 2 - “Zero Hunger: end hunger, achieve food security and improved nutrition, and promote sustainable agriculture.”
