Guest Lecture «Defining the Directions and Measures for the Development of Tax Consulting»

On December 9, 2025, at 14:00, as part of SDG 4: «Ensure inclusive and equitable quality education and promote lifelong learning opportunities for all,» Senior Lecturer of the Department of Finance and Accounting, Candidate of Economic Sciences O.Zh. Zhadygerova organized a guest lecture for the course «Tax Consulting» on the topic «Defining the Directions and Measures for the Development of Tax Consulting.» The lecture was delivered by Yrbol Rudildayevich Begaliev, Head of the Department for Administration of Legal Entities at the Auezov District Department of State Revenues.

Doctoral and master’s students majoring in Finance took part in the guest lecture.

During the lecture, the participants examined changes to the Tax Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan that influence the development of tax consulting, including current amendments, new requirements for taxpayers, the use of digital tools, and updated approaches to tax administration. The discussion also covered the adaptation of consultants to an evolving regulatory environment and the impact of legislative innovations on the practice of tax support for businesses.

At the end of the lecture, a questions and answers session was held, during which doctoral and master’s students received clarifications and additional comments on the aspects of the topic that interested them.

Yrbol Rudildayevich emphasized the importance of timely response to changes in tax legislation, the need to develop professional competencies of consultants, and the relevance of implementing modern digital tools in tax support. He also highlighted the role of tax consulting in increasing business transparency and reducing risks in managerial decision-making.
