Young scientists exchanged experiences
A regular meeting of the section "Earth, Space and Communications" within the framework of the II International Congress of Young Scientists of Kazakhstan was held at the al-Farabi Kazakh National University.
The participants discussed the latest research and achievements in the field of geography, space technologies, communication systems and information communications. Young scientists also presented their scientific projects, considered ways to integrate science and exchange experience internationally.
The large-scale event was attended by scientists from abroad, domestic researchers, university faculty, and representatives of the Research Institute.

The event was opened by Margulan Ibraimov, member of the Board of KazNU, Vice Rector for Research and Innovation, who noted that such scientific meetings open the way to the exchange of experience, cooperation, new ideas and new research. "Thanks to government support, university science is developing, and financial grants are being allocated for new projects. Young scientists feel the special care of the President of the country. On behalf of Kassym-Jomart Kemelevich, 14 young KazNU scientists received the keys to the apartment and became homeowners. This year, the university is implementing 73 scientific projects based on the project of a young scientist. This is the result of systematic work aimed at increasing the activity of young researchers and supporting new scientific initiatives",- said the Vice–rector.

During the meeting, the scientists reviewed the prospects for the development of industry research, the possibilities of commercialization of science, new technologies for Earth and space exploration, as well as the prospects for information and communication systems. Recommendations aimed at strengthening the relationship between young researchers were also developed.

Following the event, the participants noted that such platforms for young scientists make a great contribution to the development of science and expressed a desire to continue cooperation and joint scientific projects in the future.
