Meeting of the Dean with Students of Dormitories No. 4 and No. 15 on Session-Related Issues

Dean of the Faculty of Geography and Environmental Management, Aliya Sagyndykovna Aktymbayeva, held a meeting with students in the dormitory. The main purpose of the meeting was to discuss the upcoming winter examination session and all organizational issues related to its administration.

During the meeting, the Dean reminded students of the examination schedule, the rules for taking examinations, the importance of maintaining academic discipline, and the need for timely preparation for mock examination sessions. Special attention was given to issues of academic integrity and the prevention of academic dishonesty during examinations. Opportunities for retaking examinations and other important matters related to the academic process were also discussed.

Everyday living conditions and academic issues of students residing in the dormitory were also discussed. Students were given the opportunity to directly raise their concerns and receive firsthand responses.

Such meetings foster open dialogue between the university administration and students, help address emerging issues in a timely manner, and contribute to more comfortable conditions for study and residence.
