Curatorial Hour «Republic Day: The Future of the Nation Lies in Unity»

On October 24, 2025, Zubova O.A., advisor of the UNESCO Chair for Sustainable Development and advisor of the 2nd-year students of the educational program «Ecology» (Russian department), held a curatorial hour dedicated to the national holiday - Republic Day.

The event was organized within the framework of SDG 16 «Peace, Justice, and Strong Institutions», aimed at fostering civic responsibility, patriotism, and an active civic position among young people.

During the meeting, students became acquainted with the history of the formation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the main stages of the country’s development, and the significance of this holiday in strengthening statehood.

The historical path of independent Kazakhstan, its key achievements, and the role of youth in determining the future direction of the country’s development were discussed.

Students showed great interest, actively participated in the discussion, and demonstrated genuine engagement with the topic.
