KazNU develops educational collaboration with India

Chairman of the Board – Rector of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University Zhanseit Tuimebayev received a delegation from India.

During the meeting, the parties discussed the possibilities of cooperation in the international market of educational services, including mechanisms for attracting applicants from India to KazNU.

Zhanseit Tuimebayev noted that KazNU attaches special importance to expanding international cooperation, stressing that increasing the number of foreign students is one of the strategic priorities of the university's development. The Rector also expressed confidence that strengthening ties with India in the field of education and science would pave the way for a mutually beneficial bilateral partnership.

In addition, Zhanseit Tuimebayev emphasized the importance of increasing the number of students from India not only at the Faculty of Medicine and Public Health, but also at other faculties of the university.

In turn, representatives of the Indian company highly appreciated the potential of KazNU as a leading higher education institution in Kazakhstan and expressed interest in widely promoting the university among the youth of India. They also shared their experience in the field of international student selection, counseling, and academic mobility development.
