An educational event titled “Collection and Systematization of Scientific Information: the Initial Stage of Research” was held.

On October 17, 2025, an educational event titled “Collection and Systematization of Scientific Information: the Initial Stage of Research” was held at the Research Center of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University. The meeting was organized within the framework of implementing Sustainable Development Goal 4 (SDG 4) — “Support for Innovation and Scientific Research.”

The open class was conducted by Nurgul Yeleusizova, a lecturer at the Department of Customs, Financial, and Environmental Law, as part of the course “Scientific Methodology.” The practical session aimed to introduce first-year students to methods of collecting and systematizing scientific information at the initial stage of research activity.

During the event, students received comprehensive information on types of information sources, data search strategies, working with bibliographic databases, as well as methods of analyzing and organizing collected materials. Participants were also introduced to digital platforms and modern tools used in scientific research.
