Within the framework of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)
“The Role of Partnerships between Employers and Researchers of Research Universities in Advancing the Sustainable Development of Modern Scientific Innovations,” a round table was held at the Faculty of Chemistry and Chemical Technology of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University with the participation of first-year master’s students.

The speakers included A. K. Ospanova, Professor of the Department of Physical Chemistry, Catalysis and Petrochemistry, who delivered a presentation on the role of employer partnerships in shaping and defining research objectives. In addition, B. E. Savdenbekova, PhD, Senior Lecturer, presented a report on the planning and methods of conducting scientific research within the framework of cooperation with research institutes of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

During the event, participants were introduced to the key principles of building effective cooperation with research institutes, as well as the specifics of scientific collaboration with domestic and international researchers. Special attention was paid to the fact that modern scientific research develops at the intersection of interdisciplinary fields and that sustainable scientific development is impossible without active partnerships, exchange of experience, and the joint implementation of research projects.
