The event was organized in accordance with Sustainable Development Goal 17 — Partnerships for the Goals. During the seminar-training, mutually beneficial cooperation was implemented between the higher education institution, civil society institutions, and the social center.

The partnership between the Department of Religious Studies and Cultural Studies of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, the “Baqytty Otbasy” Social Center, and the Public Foundation “Zhauhar” for the Support of National Traditions demonstrated a model of institutional interaction aimed at jointly addressing pressing social issues in society.

This cooperation made it possible to enhance the informational, legal, and religious literacy of young people and socially vulnerable groups by combining academic and educational potential, practical social support, and civil society resources. In addition, through the exchange of experience, dissemination of knowledge, and shared social responsibility, partnership relations focused on sustainable development were strengthened.

Thus, the seminar-training highlighted the importance of multi-stakeholder partnerships among the state, educational institutions, and the non-governmental sector in achieving the Sustainable Development Goals and contributed to the implementation of effective partnership mechanisms within the framework of SDG 17.
