KazNU scientist awarded the Order of «Құрмет»

In accordance with the Decree of the Head of State, scientist of the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, head of the Department of Theoretical and Nuclear Physics Medeu Abishev was awarded the «Құрмет» Order. The award was presented by the Minister of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Sayasat Nurbek, in a solemn ceremony at an event held in Astana.

"Support for science and young scientists is a priority of state policy and is consistently implemented within the framework of the instructions of the Head of State and the Concept for the Development of Higher Education and Science for 2023-2029. Since last year, the salaries of employees of scientific organizations have been increased, grants for scientific internships, government scholarships and awards, including scholarships for talented young scientists, have been provided. The adoption of the Law on Science and Technology Policy and the establishment of the National Council on Science and Technology by Presidential Decree have strengthened the systematic approach to the development of the industry",- said Minister Sayasat Nurbek.
