«Cultural Heritage in Focus: Fourth-Year Students Visit the Museum»
On September 30, 2025, fourth-year students of the Faculty of History visited the Ykhlas Museum of Folk Musical Instruments, which is in line with the implementation of Sustainable Development Goal No. 4 - "Quality Education".During the excursion, students explored unique collections of musical instruments from both Kazakhstan and other countries, studying their historical origins, structural features, and roles in traditional culture.
Special attention was given to the ethnographic significance of the instruments and their impact on the development of the region’s musical culture. Students discussed the importance of preserving cultural heritage for future generations and explored ways to integrate this knowledge into educational and research projects.
The visit proved not only educational but also inspiring, broadening the professional outlook of future historians, enhancing their interest in cultural history, and highlighting the importance of a sustainable approach to preserving national and global cultural assets.
