The influence of AI on legal science is considered

The Department of Customs, Financial and Environmental Law of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University organized an international educational and methodological conference in the I.A.Krylov Library.

The theme of the conference is "The development of legal science in the era of artificial intelligence: the transformation of scientific schools and doctrines".

This scientific event brought together domestic and foreign scientists, practitioners, and representatives of government agencies on one platform.

The main purpose of the conference was a theoretical and methodological analysis of the impact of artificial intelligence on legal science, identification of the processes of transformation of legal scientific schools and doctrines, as well as identification of relevant areas for improving legal education and research in the digital environment.

KazNU Professor Guldana Kuanalieva spoke at the opening of the event, noting that the introduction of artificial intelligence into law requires new scientific approaches and methodological transformations.

Deputy of the Mazhilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan Maxim Rozhin, representative of the Almaty city branch of the Green Party "Baytak" Berik Agybayev also addressed the plenary session, who drew attention to the environmental and social aspects of legal science. Leading domestic and foreign scientists also presented their reports.

Within the framework of the conference, a presentation of the textbook "Issues of organic agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan" was held by the authors – Acting Professor of the Department of Customs, Financial and Environmental Law Bakhytzhan Kalymbek, senior lecturer of the Department of Accounting and Auditing Zhanna Kalymbekova and Aizhan Moldagalieva.

The participants also agreed on the need to systematize the main theoretical approaches regarding the impact of artificial intelligence on legal science, the introduction of digital technologies into the process of legal education, as well as the formation of new scientific directions.
