“The older generation is our valuable heritage.”

On September 28, students visited the “Meirim” nursing home and met with elderly residents. The main purpose of this meaningful event was to show respect for the older generation and to share warmth and care with them. The students organized a small concert program, sang songs, recited poems, and presented sweet gifts.

The elderly residents were pleased with the students’ attention, offered their blessings, and shared their life experiences. During the meeting, the young people gained a deeper understanding of the importance of listening to, respecting, and caring for the elderly.
