As part of the course, an intensive educational program continues with the participation of leading scholars in the field of constitutional and administrative law.

Speakers of the second day:
Professor, Doctor of Law A.S. Ibraeva, and Candidate of Law, Associate Professor D.A. Tursynkulova.

“Legal culture, legal consciousness, and legal ideology of modern society: theory and practice.

Specific features of the new Grade 11 textbook ‘Fundamentals of Law’.
The state strategy ‘Law and Order’.
The President’s Address ‘A Just Kazakhstan: Law and Order, Economic Growth, and Social Optimism’ (2022).
The Concept for Promoting the Ideology of Law and Order in Society for 2025–2030,
adopted on April 1, 2025.”

Candidate of Law, Associate Professor Nurlaiym Kanbatyrovna Mynbatyrova presented a series of online lectures:

– “Secular State: Theory, Practice, National and International Experience”
– “Problems of Forming a Secular State in the Republic of Kazakhstan”

We remind you that from January 12 to January 23, 2026, the Department of Theory and History of State and Law, Constitutional and Administrative Law of the Faculty of Law of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University is conducting a certified online course entitled:

“Problems and Prospects for the Development of Constitutional and Administrative Legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the Context of the 2027 Constitutional Reform.”

Participants include representatives of leading universities of Kazakhstan and abroad.
Lectures are delivered in Kazakh, Russian, and English.
Upon completion of the course, participants receive a certificate (80 academic hours).
