Diploma Award Ceremony for Spring Intake Master’s Graduates Held at the Faculty of Physics and Technology. SDG 4 and SDG 9

A formal diploma award ceremony for Master’s graduates of the spring intake was held at the Faculty of Physics and Technology of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University.

This year, more than 20 graduates representing various departments of the Faculty received their diplomas. The graduates successfully completed their Master’s degree programmes, demonstrating a high level of professional training and readiness for further academic, engineering, and professional activities.

During the ceremony, it was emphasized that Master’s education at the Faculty of Physics and Technology is focused on the development of research competencies, practice-oriented learning, and the training of specialists for priority areas of science and high-technology sectors of the economy.

The graduation ceremony and the learning outcomes achieved by the graduates are directly aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs):

  • SDG 4 “Quality Education” — ensuring inclusive and high-quality higher education and the training of competitive specialists and researchers;

  • SDG 9 “Industry, Innovation and Infrastructure” — strengthening human capital for innovation-driven development, science, and engineering sectors.
