The International scientific and practical conference "Evolution, trends and prospects of the political culture of civil society: Kazakh and foreign experience" will be held

On January 23, 2026, at 11:00 a.m., an international scientific and practical conference on the topic "Evolution, trends and prospects of the political culture of civil society: Kazakh and foreign experience" will be held in Almaty on the basis of the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University.
The conference is organized by the Science Committee of the EOM of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Al-Farabi Kazakh National University and the Kazakhstan Center for Humanitarian and Political Studies.
The purpose of the conference is a comprehensive discussion of current scientific approaches and research results on the socio-political transformation of Kazakhstan in the 1980s and 2020s, with an emphasis on the processes of democratization, the evolution of political culture, the development of civil society institutions and the formation of the concept of a "Just state" in the context of the ideas of the New Kazakhstan (Adileti Kazakhstan).
The conference will be held at the following address: Almaty, Al-Farabi Kazakh National University Library, 71/27 Al-Farabi Ave., conference Hall №409.
Registration of participants is from 10:00 to 10:50 a.m.
