The opening ceremony of the “Police Public Assistant” organization formed by students of the Kazakh National University.

    On January 26, 2026, a long-awaited and significant event was held at the library of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, organized by the Directorate of the Student Campus.

The main purpose of the event was the official presentation of the newly established unit “Police Public Assistant – KazNU Student Division,” as well as the ceremonial presentation of special identification cards to the students who are members of this organization.

The event was attended by the following distinguished guests:

1. Public figure, Major General Serikov Anatoliy Sailauovich;

2. Veteran of the Internal Affairs Bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Lieutenant Colonel Eleusizov Adylbek Muğailaevich;

3. Head of the City Headquarters for Police Assistance under the Almaty City Police Department, Petrov Evgeniy Nikolaevich;

4. Deputy Head of the City Headquarters for Police Assistance under the Almaty City Police Department, Supugaliev Sabit Bulatovich;

5. Veteran Suleimanov Rizvan Sailaudinovich;

6. Head of the штаб of the Specialized Patrol Police Battalion of the Almaty City Police Department, Police Major Rakhmanov Nursultan Kendeuletuly.

The event was held at a high organizational level and left a strong impression on all participants.
