The scientific potential of the Faculty of History will increase

A regular meeting dedicated to the intensification of research work was held at the Faculty of History of the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University.

The meeting analyzed the current state of scientific activity at the faculty, discussed in detail ways to further improve performance in international rankings and increase the scientific potential of academic teachers.

During the meeting, Kuanysh Tastambek, Director of the Department of Science and Innovation, noted the main achievements of scientific orientation. According to him, the number of scientific publications and citations of KazNU scientists has increased several times in recent years.

He also noted that in the coming period, one of the main priorities remains to expand cooperation with domestic and foreign scientific centers, increase the importance of academic expertise and reviews, and publish articles in reputable scientific journals with a high impact factor. The issue of training qualified and competitive scientific personnel was also voiced as an urgent area that does not leave the agenda.

During the meeting, the Faculty of History Faculty made suggestions on the systematization of scientific research, support for young scientists and improving the quality of scientific projects. The participants also shared their plans and drew attention to the importance of sharing experiences in the scientific community.

As a result of the meeting, a number of specific tasks aimed at improving scientific activities were announced and priority areas for further work were identified.
