Diplomas Awarded to Students Returning from Japanese Universities under the Academic Mobility Program at the Department of the Far East

On January 28, a diploma award ceremony was held for fourth-year undergraduate students and second-year master’s students who completed a one-year academic mobility program at leading Japanese universities, including the University of Tokyo, Waseda University, Osaka University, Sophia University, and Tokyo University of Foreign Studies.

Within the framework of partnerships established by Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, students and master’s candidates studied at imperial, private, and national universities of Japan, where they enhanced their professional knowledge, improved language proficiency, and conducted in-depth research in their respective academic fields.

The ceremony was attended by the Dean of the Faculty of Oriental Studies, Myrzakhan Sharipbayevich Egamberdiyev, the Head of the Department of the Far East, Akerke Bolatbekkyzy Abagan, faculty members, and the parents of the graduates.
