“Tech QyzPU Niğde Hack: AI and Blue-Collar Professions”

On November 21–22, students of our department took part in the international hackathon “Tech QyzPU Niğde Hack: AI and Blue-Collar Professions”, held at Kazakh National Women’s Pedagogical University, where they demonstrated a high level of knowledge and professional skills.

The event aimed to support the initiative of the Head of State Kassym-Jomart Tokayev to enhance the prestige of blue-collar professions. In addition, the hackathon contributed to the implementation of the President’s Address objectives related to the development of digitalization and artificial intelligence.

The project was organized within the framework of a bilateral agreement between Nigde Ömer Halisdemir University(Türkiye) and Nigde Technopark. The main goal of the 24-hour non-stop competition was to develop innovative IT solutions in a team-based format within a limited time frame.

Students of the Information Security Systems program achieved excellent results, and the university rector received a letter of appreciation from the organizers.
