On February 5, students majoring in "Digital Media Drama," led by a senior lecturer from the Department of Russian Philology and World Literature, held an event on "The Russian Language in the Media" as part of the implementation of Sustainable Development Goal 4 "Quality Education."
The event addressed the role of the Russian language in modern digital media, the characteristics of linguistic culture in the online space, and the challenges and trends in the use of literary language in media content. Students presented analytical materials and discussed examples from modern media and digital platforms.
The event contributed to the development of students' linguistic literacy, critical thinking, and professional competencies, and also increased their interest in the quality of education and the responsibility of the media in shaping the language environment.
