“Moral Dilemmas Among Youth and Ways to Solve Them”
On February 4, 2026, at the Faculty of Philology, organized by the Department of Foreign Philology and Translation Studies, the 1st-year PhD student in Foreign Philology Keneskhаn A.Sh., together with the group advisor Morugova E.A., conducted an advisor hour on the topic “Moral Dilemmas Among Youth and Ways to Solve Them” with 2nd-year students of the “6B02304 – Translation Studies” program.

The main purpose of the advisor hour was to discuss moral choices and ethical issues faced by young people, to broaden students’ understanding of moral values, and to develop responsible decision-making skills.
During the session, examples of moral dilemmas commonly encountered in modern society were presented, and various ways of resolving them were discussed. Students freely expressed their opinions and critically evaluated the given situations. Special attention was paid to important moral principles such as honesty, justice, responsibility, and respect for the rights of others.
The event was held in an interactive format and was marked by active student participation. The advisor hour successfully achieved its objectives and was conducted at a high educational level.
