“Rule of Law – the Foundation of Education and Upbringing”

On February 4, 2026, at Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, a student-focused event titled “Rule of Law – the Foundation of Education and Upbringing” was held in Student Dormitory No. 7, organized by the specialists of the Student Campus. The main goal of the event was to enhance legal awareness among students and to foster student ethics and personal responsibility.

The event was attended by Adil Bolatuly Kusmangazinov, Deputy Dean for Social and Educational Work of the Faculty of Biology and Biotechnology, Acting Associate Professor, and Damir Orazuly Sherim, Senior Lieutenant and District Police Officer of the Bostandyk District Police Department. They provided students with guidance on legal requirements, the prevention of offenses, and the importance of order and responsibility in society.

During the session, the speakers encouraged students to respect the law, strengthen their civic stance, and value the close connection between education and upbringing. At the end of the meeting, students were able to ask questions and receive useful information.
