Healthy Nation – Strong State: 2nd Year Logistics Students Organized a Football Match and Large-Scale Warm-Up Based on SDG 3 “Ensuring Healthy Lives and Promoting Well-Being for All at All Ages”

Health is one of the most important values of the population of the country, and sports play a vital role in strengthening it. In this regard, 2nd-year students of the Logistics program organized a large-scale sports event, which included not only a football match but also a warm-up aimed at promoting physical activity.

The participants of the event actively engaged in football, demonstrating team spirit and understanding the importance of regular physical activity for maintaining health. The warm-up prepared by the organizers was a great start for everyone who decided to strengthen their body and boost their mood through sports.

This event became part of a broader movement to promote sports and an active lifestyle among youth, which is also closely linked to SDG 3 – “Ensuring healthy lives and promoting well-being for all at all ages.” Within the framework of this goal, events aimed at actively engaging people in sports play a key role in improving the physical health and psychological well-being of the population.

For students, this experience is important not only for strengthening health but also as an educational process aimed at developing skills that will help them maintain their health in the future. Such events help foster a love for sports and an informed attitude towards a healthy lifestyle among youth, supporting global sustainable development goals.
