Journalism Students at the Opera “Aida”.

On February 5, students of the Faculty of Journalism of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, together with lecturer Mereke Sabyrzhanova, visited the Abai Kazakh National Opera and Ballet Theatre and watched Giuseppe Verdi’s opera Aida.

The theatre visit became part of the students’ cultural development: the future journalists experienced classical opera, a live orchestra, and stage performance. According to the participants, the evening left vivid impressions and allowed them to feel the atmosphere of a grand theatre in a new way.
