The training “Young Specialist, Take a Step Forward!” was organized at the college

At the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University College, a training session for young specialists titled “Young Specialist, Take a Step Forward!” was held.

The purpose of the event was to support young specialists, foster a positive psychological atmosphere in the team, enhance professional motivation, and boost confidence and morale.

The training was organized by doctoral student and psychologist Moldir Tangatarkyzy, along with college psychologist Aida Seitova Alibekkyzy. At the end of the seminar-training, psychologist Moldir Tangatarkyzy invited the young specialists to write their impressions of the session and their hopes for the future on stickers and place them on a board.
