Students of PK-301 and PK-302 Visited Almalinsky District Criminal Court in Almaty
Third-year students of the “Law” program at Al-Farabi Kazakh National University College visited the Almalinsky District Criminal Court in Almaty to enhance their professional training and combine theoretical learning with practical experience.
Main objectives of the visit:

Integrating theoretical knowledge with practice

Students observed how theoretical rules of Criminal Law and Criminal Procedure, studied in their curriculum, are applied in real court proceedings.

Helps to gain a deeper understanding of the mechanisms of law application.

Studying the specifics of court work

Familiarization with the court session procedure and the procedural status of participants (judge, prosecutor, lawyer, defendant, victim, witnesses).

Analysis of evidence review, parties’ arguments, and the announcement of the court’s verdict.
