The draft of the new Constitution was discussed with cultural representatives

On February 10, 2026, K.N. Alikhan, master of laws and senior lecturer of the Department of Theory and History of State and Law, Constitutional and Administrative Law, Al-Farabi Kazakh National University Law Faculty, participated in a meeting with the staff of the State Academic Puppet Theater of the Almaty City Department of Culture and presented a report on constitutional reform.

The meeting was attended by B.A.Tushayev, Director of the Theater, and D.Dildabek, Chairman of the Almaty City Branch of the «Zhastar Ruhy» Youth Movement (MK) of the «Amanat» Party. During the event, current issues of constitutional reform were discussed with the staff working in the field of culture and art.

The meeting included an exchange of views on the role of the Constitution in society, enhancing legal culture, shaping citizens' legal awareness, and the impact of reforms on culture. Participants asked questions and shared their proposals in an open dialogue format.

Such meetings contribute to strengthening legal education and developing effective interaction with representatives of various sectors of society.
